Zidell Marine Corporation, Port- land, Ore., recently launched Barge 27, the second of two chip barges chartered by Tidewater Barge Lines, The barge measures 270 feet in length, 42 feet wide and has a depth of 16-1/2 feet. Both vessels will be used primarily on the Columbia River System.
